And they say guys are perverts! Good for y0u, Lorraine! We’ll be seeing a lot more of Chuck as they days progress here…
I finally was able to see the new Star Trek last night. Now, first, I am a fan of the Star Trek films with the original cast, particulary Wrath of Khan and Undiscovered Country (the more action packed films). BUT… I do not like the TV series at all. I was a HUGE Lost In Space fan, but all these Trekkors/Trekkies just annoyed the hell out of me mostly. I even went to a Trek Con in the 80s with a homemade Lost In Space sweatshirt on just to tick off the geeky Trek fans.
So, it was with a bit of hesitation that I wanted to see the new film. I did NOT want to see the original TV series rehashed, as it was boring. Well, this film was NOT boring and in fact was one of the better Sci-Fi films I’ve seen in a long time. I couldn’t stand the “new” Star Wars (Clone Wars, et al). So, to see a great space action/adventure film was just damn good to see. I will not spoil anything here, though I’m sure most of the country has seen the film by now. It was a great way to enjoy the afternoon and once again get excited by Sci-Fi. Good for Trek!
Ah, ZZ-Top’s “Tush” is just a perfect rocker and a great way to title Lorraine’s capturing of men’s butts on Polaroids! Enough said!
🙂
That is just wrong *bends over*
I mean really *bends over again*
What are we men, *bends over* OBJECTS???
(quick, somebody take the shot, my back is sore as shit.)
Do you mean to tell me that women are sneaky? I’ve gotta write this down.
Hey, look! A nickel!! *bends over*
Hey! Soap on the shower floor in prison *does NOT bend over*
Yay equal opportunity perverts!
I liked the new movie too, although I was a fan of the TV series. (DS9 in particular.) I felt like they hit all the right notes, and put in PLENTY of hidden fan-boy moments as mini-rewards for we trek-geeks.
gotta love this one, total opposite of the usual expected interaction.
RE: Kevin – Before I tick off the trekkors/trekkies any further, I was only referring to the Original Series. Next Generation and on were very good TV shows. I actually like Enterprise, but then I’m a fan of Scott Bakula.
I had to chuckle when they released Voyager, in the official announcement, it was emphasized that Voyager was NOT LOST IN SPACE but merely a billion millions away. Trek folks have a thing against us LIS fans. Eh, whatever…
Silly, ain’t it?
I just want to say DAMN those are tight clothes.
Tight? Hell a lot of the time they were see through, remember the date. And the guys pants probably were stretchy (not spandex, but bum fitting none the less). And hers were probably sheer enough to call heads or tails on the dime in her back pocket.
“Those were the days my friend, we thought they’d never end…”
