Here in America, the never-ending election process is finally over. The outcome, for some of us, was not exactly what we had hoped for. I initially was pissed off, but as I’ve gotten older I have learned to let this type of crap roll off and look to tomorrow. But I’m also a pragmatic person and know sometimes we have to put up with a pile of shit before the dawning of a new day begins.

So, to  my readers who are not exactly happy with the outcome, I bring you this revamped comic from 2010 or so (I’m beginning to lose track of some of these older comics). I completely reinked the comic as well as gave it new coloring. I did my best NOT to make any corrections, but my ADHD brain had to fix a few minor things. The reason I opened this old comic up was to help learn how to ink on my drawing tablet. I have an XP-Pen Deco Pro now which replaces my ancient WACOM tablet that was on its last legs. The upgrading of my tablet has inspired me to draw more, but there’s also a learning curve to how it operates compared to my old tablet. I’m breaking old habits and forming newer and better habits. All of this is a good thing as if my process is easier, it motivates me to draw more often. So far I’m liking what I’m doing.

Back to the election crap… So, my advice to you comes from Monty Python (of course) and that is to “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” which was a hilarious way to end “Life of Brian.” Enjoy and hopefully it brings a momentary smile to your face.
