A little Cheech & Chong for your morning! Class…
The comic title is done by tons of groups, but I’ve always liked the Beatles version from like 1965 or thereabouts, especially the rockin’ MONO mix which is very hard to find. Those old mono mixes were much heavier on guitar and John/George punched right through on the more upbeat rockers. Then some idiot invented stereo… damn. Wish I still had those old vinyl mono albums. Hmmm. eBay…
OH, if they were buying some “other” products, then Pink Floyd would have been on the… well, money. 🙂
Oh, I am trying to draw some nice backgrounds for upcoming comics, but I haven’t had the time to really do up some nice ones. I’ll get one done for sure…
I am not one to haggle. I figure you get what you pay for, but I do try to compare prices. But I won’t drive from car dealer to car dealer trying to save $100. I have better things to do… Also, you don’t (or shouldn’t) go into like Sears and go “I’ll give you $5 buck for that shirt!” They’d probably walk you out quickly. 🙂
Sister Mary Elephant? Robyn is obviously a devout Catholic.
Ta-Da! I had a number of friends who attended Catholic schools, and Robyn represents those friends in a not-so-subtle way.
I stood up in one Catholic wedding, and being the ONLY Protestant groomsman (of 12) I was told I had to stand while everyone else knelt down during the ceremony. Felt like a sore thumb, but I smiled nicely as they all stared at me. I also started a long standing tradition to wear tennis shoes with my wedding suit/tux. I was allowed to wear new Addias tennis shoes at my wedding, but only at the reception, which was cool.
Ah, good times… 🙂
No way. Everyone wore Chuck Taylors (high tops only) at mine.
