Whoops!  I was pretty sure footed most of the time when I tied a good drunk on, but every so often I  had my mishaps.  I never fell OUT of the car, but once I slid OFF a car.  Running up to my friend’s car, not realizing he had just freshly waxed the damn thing, I did a “Superman” type jump onto the hood of the car and was instantly propelled onto the sidewalk on the other side.  A sober person would have simply gotten into the car.

Notice Bud being a tad “angry”?  Hmmm…  Not saying anything else.  If you don’t know what happens to Bud when he gets angry, then read up on the archive.  One never knows what the future may hold…

“Take It Easy” is a nice easy rocker from the Eagles.  I’m a fan of the Eagles with Joe Walsh as they acquired a slighter rougher edge to their music, particularly on “The Long Run”.  But today’s comic title is inspired by their 1972 hit penned by Glen Frey and Jackson Browne.  The lead off lyrics inspired me to make this today’s title:

“Well, I’m running down the road tryin’ to loosen my load…”

And Bud is doing just that… 😉
